Flock error

I tried to install the Flock'd version of Filterset.G from Outraged-artists.com, but I keep getting this error.

Can anyone tell me what's up with that? Here is the message in the original size.

And while I'm about it, is there a way to determine the size of the image that is displayed when it is drug from the Flickr site into a post using the Flock blog editor without having to go to the source to edit that? If not, there should be in my opinion.Thanks for any help anyone could offer.
